Answer by josgarithmetic(39618)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
L and w for length and width;
L=4w, but "and the area is 15 sq m" is not clear. Is this the original rectangle area, or is this the changed rectangle area?

New dimensioned rectangle is w-2 and L+12.
but not both.
