If its outside dimensions are 6m x 3m x 1m, the inside dimensions are (assuming the height is the 1m)...
(6 - .08 - .08)x(3 - .08 - .08)x(1 - .08) =
5.84 x 2.84 x .92 = 15.26 m^3
