Is the function f(x)=(2(x^2-9))/(x^2-4) even?
Replace x with (-x) and do the math.
f(-x) = [2(-x)^2-9)]/(-x)^2-4
If after doing the math, we get the original problem,
then the answer is even.
f(-x) = [2(x)^2-9)]/(x)^2-4
Notice that replacing x with (-x), we got the original
rational function again.
This means the answer is even.
