Basically this is a simplification problem.
To simplify an expression, we need to combine like terms. In this case, two "z" terms will be combined into one, two fraction terms will be combined into one since they have the same denominator.
To make it even clear, here is the expression after the rearrangement:
9z - z ++
so this will result in: 8z +
that is 8z +
if you want to add them together, the answer is
