The text in the image is difficult to read; but you can find Number 17's answer yourself like this:
Take any simple polynomial function or use y=x^3. Make a simple sketch using just a few points. Now multiply the right side by -1, so you have y=-y^3, and find a few points for this one and graph them. NOW, how do the graphs of y=x^3 and y=-x^3 differ? This is one of the qualities you must learn about graphs of functions. The negative 1 factor makes reflection through the x axis.
