Factor the trinomial 9x2 - 18xy + 5y2

Rewrite as:
9x^2-15xy-3xy+5y^2
Factor the 1st two and the last two terms separately:
= 3x(3x-5y)-y(3x-5y)
Factor out the (3x-5y) to get:
= (3x-5y)(3x-y)
