I got the answer: x-3 / (x+8)(x+5)--- however, this is wrong (the '(x+5)' was circled.)
2) ((x^2 -11x + 28) / (x^2 +5x +4)) divided by (x^2 - 16)
I got the answer: x-7 / (x+4)^2(x+1) --- this was also marked wrong (the '(x+4)^2' was circled.)
3) ((3x) / (x^2 +x -12)) minus ((6) / (x+4))
I got the answer: -3(x+6) / (x+4)(x-3) --- likewise, this was marked wrong (the '(x+6)' was circled.)
4) Simplify: ((3x) / (x^2 +x -12)) minus ((6) / (x+4))

Perhaps the teacher wants expanded form.
The answers are correct although I don't like your use of parentheses.
There was nothing wrong with the circled portions.
