Question 830985: Hello, I'm in the 12th grade, and I'm having a lot of trouble with Functions. No matter how hard I try, I just don't understand them. It really frustrates me! My book has "Complete these activities" with questions like: F(1), F(-1) underneath. I've tried a few of them. For example, for F(-1), my answer was:
F(-1)= -1(to the 2nd power)= -1+3x=2x-2=0 I don't know if it's right or not. And if it's wrong, I'd really like an explanation on how to achieve the correct answer. I would really appreciate your help! -Gabriela
