Re reply, Maximum Area is 1,742,400 ft^2  0r 40 acres

5280ft of fencing 

A Square yields maximum Area.   = 1320ft a side

A = s^2 =  = 1,742,400 ft^2

maximum Area =  1,742,400 ft^2

Note: 43,560 ft^2 = 1 Acre

maximum Area(in Acres)  =  = 40 Acre
