The RZT says that if you take the constant term and divide it by the leading coefficient, then you will get all possible zeroes, if the function has it. Following this:
18/-2 = -9.
The factors of -9 are 1,3,9 (plus or minus)
So the possible zeroes are -9,-3,-1,1,3,9
