y = (cubert 64x + 128) -4

y = (64x+128)^1/3 -4
y = [64(x+2)^(1/3) -4
y = 4 (x+2)^1/3) - 4

Sketch the graph of y=x^(1/3)
Move it 2 units to the left.
Stretch it by multiplying each y-value by 4.
Lower it by subtracting 4 from each y value.
