Fist step is to make all fractions have the same denominator,
(3x+(3x-10)*x^2) / X^2 - (2x+(x-6)*x^2) / x^2)
we can now combine numerators over the denominator x^2
(3x+(3x-10)*x^2 - 2x + (x-6)*X^2) / x^2
multiply the x^2 term in the numerator
(3x+3x^3-10x^2-2x-2x^3+6x^2) / x^2
combine like terms in numerator
(x^3-4x^2+x) / x^2
reduce by x
(x^2-4x+1) / x is the solution
