If f(x)=3x+2 at what point do the graphs of f(x) and f^-1(x) intersect
**
y=3x+2
..
x=3y+2
3y=x-2
y=x/3-2/3(inverse)
..
set inverse and original equation equal to each other:
3x+2=x/3-2/3
9x+6=x-2
8x=-8
x=-1
y=3x+2=-3+2=-1
f(x) and f^-1(x) intersect at (-1,-1)
