1. -4x^2(3x^2 - x + 1)
2. (-2x)(-3x)(5x+2)

1. -4x^2(3x^2 - x + 1)
= -4x^2(3x^2)-4x^2(-x)-4x^2(1)
= -12x^4+4x^3-4x^2

2. (-2x)(-3x)(5x+2)
= -6x^2(5x+2)
= -6x^2(5x)-6x^2(2)
= -30x^3-12x^2
