Answer by schmidtmomto6(24)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-5/6x-(x-(1/2))=1/4(x+1)
-5/6X-x+1/2 = x/4 + 1/4
-11/6x = x/4 +1/4 -1/2
-11/6x -1/4x = 1/4-2/4
-22/12x-3/12x=-1/4
-25/12x=-1/4
(-4)(-25/12x)=(-1/4)(-4)
25/3x=1
(3/25)(25/3x)=1(3/25)
x=3/25
