Find the third term in the expression of (3t+4)^8 choices are:
1) 48t^6
2) 11644t^6
326,592t^6
4) 448t^6
The third term is C(8,2)(3t)^(8-2)(4)^(2)=28(3^6)(t^6)(16)=28(729)(t^6)(16)=326,592t^6
Happy Calculating!!!

Find the third term in the expression of (3t+4)^8 choices are:
answer is 326,592t^6
Third term is given by, {(8*7)/(1*2)}(3t)^8-2 * (4)^2, which gives the value after simplification.
More:
Fourth term is given by {(8*7*6)/(1*2*3)}(3t)^8-3 * (4)^3
Fifth term is given by, {(8*7*6*5)/(1*2*3*4)}(3t)^8-4* (4)^4
You could apply the same procedure for calculating any term in the expansion.
Regards.
