Question 54469: I need help in finding the real and imaginary zeros to:
U(x)= x^4-4x^3+x^2-12x-12
Am I correct in that the possible zeros would be +-1,+-2,+-3,+-12?
Thanks. Answer by Nate(3500) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website!a = factors of constant
a = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12
b = factors of leading coefficient
b = 1
+- a/b = possible zeroes
+-1, +-2, +-3, +-4, +-6, +-12
