Determine algebraically whether the function is even, odd or neither even nor odd.
f(x)=-8x^5-6x^3
**
A function is odd if f(-x)=-f(x)
A function is even if f(-x)=f(x)
..
f(x)=-8x^5-6x^3
f(-x)=8x^5+6x^3=-f(x)
Therefore function is odd
