No question provided. For two points, to find the slope, take the difference of the y-values and divide by the difference of the x-values. If this slope is positive, the line rises; if the slope is negative, the line falls. If the slope is zero, the line is horizontal. And if the slope is undefined (e.g. 4/0), the line is vertical because vertical lines have undefined slope.
