Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the LCM of 10z^2 +40z and 5z^2 +45z + 100
----
Factor each expression:
10z^2+40z = 10z(z+4) = 2*5(z+4)
---
5z^2+45z+100 = 5(z^2+9z+20) = 5(z+4)(z+5)
-----------------
The LCM must contain each of the different factors:
LCM = 2*5*(z+4)(z+5)
---
LCM = 10[z^2+9z+20] = 10z^2+90z+200
