SOLUTION: Find the horizontal asymptote of the rational function f(x)= 8x-12 divided by 4x-2. I came up with y=4 but I'm not to sure that is right. thanks for any help given.

So, this version says that when 4y-8=0 we have the value of y for the asymptote.

4y = 8
y = 8/4
y = 2
