SOLUTION: At the end of my equation of: 4y/y-10 +1 = 3y/y-10 LCD: y-10
After all my multiplications I got 4y + y - 10 = 3y
Does it end up the 4y + y =5y then - 10 = 3y

Question 43590: At the end of my equation of: 4y/y-10 +1 = 3y/y-10 LCD: y-10
After all my multiplications I got 4y + y - 10 = 3y
Does it end up the 4y + y =5y then - 10 = 3y
5y - 10 = 3y
After adding the 10 to the right side we have 5y = 3y + 10
How am I going to get my Y's on one side? What one of them do I subtract?
Maybe 5y - 3y = 10 ?
then have 2y = 10 ?
If so, do I divide the 10 by 2, to get y = 5 ?
