(24x^5 - 3x^2) / (24x^3 + 12x^2 + 6x) 

3x^2 (8x^3 - 1) / 6x (4x^2 + 2x + 1)   |Watch Your signs always

3x*x[ (2x - 1)(4x^2 + 2x + 1)] / 6x[ 4x^2 + 2x + 1]    

x(2x - 1)(4x^2 + 2x + 1) / 2(4x^2 + 2x + 1)  |a little caution here
