Question 330565: If A={l,m,n,o} and B={10,20,30,40},
is the set of ordered pairs
{(1,30),(m,20),(n,10)} a function from
set A to set B? Why or why not?
Answer by Fombitz(32388) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Should the first relation be (1,30) or (l,30)?
If it's the number 1 then no because 1 is not a member of Set A.
If it's the letter l, then yes because you have a unique value from Set B for values from Set A.
