(x-4)/(x-2)-1/(x-2)=(x-2)/(x+2)
(x-4-1)/(x-2)=(x-2)/(x+2)
(x-5)/(x-2)=(x-2)/(x+2) cross multiply.
(x-5)(x+2)=(x-2)^2
x^2-3x-10=x^2-4x+4
x^2-x^2-3x+4x=10+4
