You did a great job with the start of the equations, you just need to keep going.
First equation: m^3-mn^2, you found the gcf and factored it,
leaving: m(m^2 - n^2). Now you need to factor (m^2 - n^2). It is the difference of perfect squares. It factors to (m + n)(m - n).
So, m^3-mn^2 factors to m(m + n)(m - n).
Next equation: mn^2 + m^2n - 2m^3. You found the gcf and factored,
leaving m(n^2 + mn - 2m2). Look at only what is inside the parenthesis. You need to factor that (do reverse foil). You get (n - m)(n + 2m). Double check to make sure that when you do FOIL, it gives you (n^2 + mn - 2m2). So, now
mn^2 + m^2n - 2m^3 simplifies to m(n - m)(n + 2m).
