Let Oscar's speed be x
Pablo's speed = 5x
t= distance /rate
90/x = oscars tiem
PAblo's time = 90/5x
90/x + 4 = 90/5x
90/x-90/5x=4
450-90 /5x= 4
360 -90=20x
270 =20x
x= 13.5 mph
