Question 26353: how do you graph (x^2+2x-3)/(x+3)

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the numerator reduces to (x+3)*(x-1); so the (x+3) cancels out, and you end up with a line that is x-1, but it has a hole at x=-3 because it can't be put in the original equation because you will divide by zero.
