Question 242205: Please, i need help solving (x-3)^3 using pascal's triangle. I have written out the triangle on my paper as: 1
1 1
1 2 1

1 4 6 4 1
1 5 10 10 5 1
etc. My teacher doesnt make us go past that. i need help identifying which level of the triangle i use and how to fill it into the problem.
Thank you so much. Answer by jsmallt9(3758) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You might notice that the exponent is the second number in each row (and zero if there is no second number in the row). This pattern might be a way you could remember how this works.
