to do this we need to get a common denominator. It will be 5x(x+2). So we need to multiply the origional equation by that and simplify.
3%285x%29%28x%2B2%29%2F%28x%2B2%29+-+1%285x%29%28x%2B2%29%2Fx+=+1%28x%2B2%29%285x%29%2F%285x%29
3(5x) -5(x+2) = x+2

and now we solve.

3(5x) -5(x+2) = x+2
15x-5x-10=x+2
10x-10=x+2
9x-10=2
9x = 12
x = 4/3.
