Combine fractions since they now have the same denominator...
Multiply by 7 on both sides to get rid of fraction...
Divide 22 from both sides of inequality to find values of x...
Can you reduce 28/22 to a simpler fraction? Yes.

-x/7-3x>-4
(-x-3x*7)/7>-4
(-x-21x)/7>-4
-22x>-28
x<-28/-22 [Note: the > sign changes from > to < when dividing by a negative value.
x<14/11 ans.
