Question 231148: Find the y-intercept of the function: f(x)= (x-2)(x+2)^3(x-4)^2
Thanks!

Answer by user_dude2008(1862)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=(x-2)(x+2)^3(x-4)^2
f(0)=(0-2)(0+2)^3(0-4)^2
f(0)=(-2)(2)^3(-4)^2
f(0)=(-2)(8)(16)
f(0)=(-16)(16)
f(0)=-256
y-int is (0,-256)
