Factor where you can:
g(t) = [-(p-5)(p+5)] / [(p+5)^2]

From this form you can see that p=-5 is not in the domain.

Simplify:
g(t) = [-(p-5)] / [(p+5)]
--------------------------------
So the domain is "all Real Numbers" except p=-5
