(8-4X+X^2-2X)/(X-2)(2-X)
(X^2-6X+8)/(X-2)(2-X)
(X-2)(X-4)/(X-2)(2-X) CANCEL OUT THE (X-2) TERMS.
(X-4)/(2-X) ANS.
