y=[16x-32]

---
y = 3*sqrt(-27(x+1)) + 4
---
y = 3*3sqrt(-3(x+1)) + 4
---
y = 9*sqrt(-3(x+1)) + 4
---

The vertex is at (-1,4) ; the top half of the parabola opens to the left.
------------------------------------
y=[16x-32]
---
y = sqrt(16(x-2))
y = 4sqrt(x-2)
---
The shift is two to the right.
