Remember, f(-6) means that we want to find f(x) when x=-6

Since -6%3C=-3, this means that this x value falls in the first interval x%3C=-3

This means that the function we'll use is f%28x%29=7

It turns out that no matter what x value we plug into f%28x%29=7, the result is ALWAYS 7


So f(-6)=7 which means that the point (-6,7) is on the graph.
