It's 8 4/3. You have to multiply the 2/3 by 2 also.
Or, you can make it 2 x 14/3, whic is 28/3, then reduce it.
Either way, it's 9 1/3.
28/3 = 9 1/3
8 4/3 = 9 1/3.
