The equation for finding y-intercept and slope is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. Therefore, to find it, you have to solve for y, to do so, divide both sides by 6, which gives you y=2x+2/3. Making the slope 2, and the y-intercept 2/3. Hope this helps!
