Draw the lines that are given by and
Pick your favortie way to draw the lines (graphing calc, pick a couple of points, etc). Tnen draw them with dashed lines since you are told the equations are inequalities. If there was an equal since, then you would draw them with solid lines.
After you draw he dashed lines, shade in the area that is "less then" (under or too the left of the lines you drew.
