f%28x%29=-3%2F%28x-2%29%5E2 BTW, are you allowed to use a graphing calculator on this???

First notice the vertical asymptote at x =2. The best points to plot will be "close" to 2, like x=0, x=1, x=3, and x=4.

If x=0, f(x)= -3/4
If x=1, f(x) = -3/1=-3
If x=3, f(x) = -3/1=-3
If x=4, f(x) = -3/4

It should look like this:
