Don't do anything with it. That just says you have two root at 0. You have other roots at 5, -3 and 1

Since x^2 is one of the factors,x=0 is a zero (root) of multiplicity 2.

You also have zeroes at x = -3, x=1, and x=5
------------------------------------------
The y-intercept is
y = 0*-5*3*-1 = 0
