If both numerator and denominator are decreased by two,

The denominator of a fraction is five more than twice the numerator."n"
n/(2n+5)
If both numerator and denominator are decreased by two
(n-2)/(2n+3) = 1/3
3(n-2) = 2n+3
n = 9  and the denominator is 23   
 Original fraction is :  9/23
7/21 = 1/3  checks
