V = π r^2h
r^2=V/(pi*h)
r=sqrt (V/(pi*h))
r=V^(1/2)/(pi*h)^(1/2)
4356 pi=pi*r^2*9
r^2=484
r=22 cm
r=66/sqrt(9)=22 cm. (the pi cancels)
