Wouldn't this be an ellipse centered at the origin?
+ = 1
+ = 1
get rid of the denominators, multiply by 100
x^2 + 25y^2 = 100
simplify so y has a coefficient of 1, divide by 25
.04x^2 + y^2 = 4
graphically on ti83. y = +/-
