If it has those roots, then we have factors of
(x + 3/2)(x - 4) = 0
Now FOIL them out and get
x^2 - 4x + (3/2)x - 6 = 0
x^2 - (5/2)x - 6 = 0
and if your teacher wants integer coefficients, we multiply everything by two and get
