Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What is an equivalent of: 7 divided by the square root of (11)-2
-----
7/(sqrt(11)-2)
-----
Multiply numerator and denominator by sqrt(11)+2 to get:
= [7(sqrt(11)+2)]/[11 - 4]
----
= (7/7)(sqrt(11)+2)
-----
= sqrt(11)+2
----------------
