L=large hose=1 pool/3 hrs=1/3 pool/hr
S=small hose=1 pool/5 hrs=1/5 pool/hr
B=both=1/3pool/hr+1/5pool/hr=5/15 pool/hr+3/15 pool/hr=8/15 pool/hr
The small hose runs for 1 hour, fills 1/5 of the pool, leaving 4/5 pool to fill.
(4/5 pool)/(8/15 pool/hr)=(4/5 pool)*(15/8 hr/pool)=(4*15)/(5*8)hrs=60/40 hrs=1.5 hours.
ANSWER: It will take 1.5 hours more for the pool to fill after the small hose has run for 1 hour.
