Anton paints 1 garage in 4 hrs or 1 garage/4 hrs=0.250 garage/hr
And together: 0.286 garage/hr + 0.250 garage/hr=0.536 garage/hr
To paint the whole garage: 1 garage/0.536 garage/hr=1.87 hours
ANSWER Noni and Anton can paint the entire garage in 1.87 hours.
