You need to specifiy: The percent difference based on which? The DIFFERENCE between the smaller and the larger burners in kg of gas per hour is . This is difference between one and the other; it is not a percent difference as called.

The smaller burner works at a lower rate, so less gas per time, than the larger burner. Do you want the percent increase when using the larger burner? Do you want the percent decrease when using the smaller one?
