One pipe can fill a tank in 5 hours
one pipe can fill the tank in 1 hrs =1/5 part
second can fill it in 3 hours
second pipe 1 hrs can fill =1/3 parts
both pipe together can fill in one hours =1/3+1/5=8/15 parts
full part can fill by both pipe=15/8 hrs
=1 hrs 52 minutes 30 second
answer 1 hrs 52 minutes 30 seconds
